Session Rates Without Insurance
The following rates apply to clients who are paying out of pocket without insurance, or whose insurance plan is not accepted. Telehealth sessions are the same rate as in-person sessions.

Sliding Scale Fees
A sliding scale means that the session fee is adjusted based on your income and financial circumstances. Clients who cannot afford the standard self-pay rate of $145 per session may qualify for a reduced fee that is proportional to their ability to pay.

We will discuss your situation confidentially and let you know what reduced fee may be available. You will not be required to provide documentation during the initial inquiry.

Out-of-Network Coverage and Superbill
If your insurance plan is not accepted in-network at Oasis Counseling Solutions, you may still be able to receive partial reimbursement through your plan's out-of-network mental health benefits.
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all the diagnostic and billing codes your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network claim. You pay for the session at the time of service and then submit the superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement. The amount you receive back depends on your plan's out-of-network benefit level and your deductible.
