Carol Miller

Carol Miller is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) and Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with several decades of counseling and social work experience. Her clinical approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, guided by the conviction that healing begins not with "what's wrong with you" but with "what happened to you."

Carol has counseled adults, older adults, teens, and families across community mental health, substance abuse, and private practice settings. She lets clients set their own pace so that exploring past trauma does not become re-traumatizing, and she pairs trauma work with Solution-Focused counseling under a guiding principle of "No Shame, No Blame."

Carol completed her Internal Family Systems (IFS) Parts training in January 2026 and integrates IFS alongside Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral approaches. She sees clients via telehealth across Ohio.
